- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Create predictive market models for technology adoption across industries
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation governance frameworks ensuring ethical and sustainable development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling technology-driven business transformations
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong background in market analysis and competitive technology assessment
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
