Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technological roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in AI ethics and quantum applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate tech and biotech sectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies including AGI and decentralized systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders program
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their impact on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market
- Deep understanding of emerging tech adoption curves and market dynamics
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published research on technology disruption or innovation economics
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and risk mitigation strategies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
