Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 tech strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with corporate vision
- Mentor and lead a team of 5+ innovation specialists and technical architects
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic impact and ROI of technology investments

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar leadership role
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their business applications
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives

- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
