- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating cutting-edge technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market landscape analysis for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to prototype development
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align technical feasibility with strategic vision
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future tech roadmaps (AI/quantum/biotech focus)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
