Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Architect innovation frameworks for integrating next-gen technologies into core business operations
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to scout and evaluate frontier tech startups
- Present strategic roadmaps and impact assessments to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technological adoption ROI and innovation pipeline velocity
- Foster cross-functional innovation labs between engineering, design, and business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or venture capital
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two frontier domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation management
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
