Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align tech initiatives with company vision and investor expectations
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of tech market dynamics and competitive landscapes
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing high-stakes decisions
