Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI measurement
- Forge industry partnerships for collaborative innovation
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI frameworks, or climate-tech integration
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, ESA)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
