- Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research labs, and academic institutions
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and prototyping frameworks
- Strong data analytics and strategic modeling capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
