Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions from concept to market
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Proficiency in scenario planning and futures analysis frameworks
- Experience leading international tech initiatives across 3+ continents
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and PMP preferred
