Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or MBA with tech specialization
- 12+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or CTO roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions at Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or spatial computing
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Top 1% performance in Google Cloud/AWS architect certifications
