Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present executive-level briefings on future technology implications and opportunities
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor and evaluate emerging tech adoption trends across global markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning within tech or R&D environments
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, metaverse)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Strong background in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
