Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Manage budget allocation for experimental technology initiatives
- Document and disseminate strategic insights through whitepapers and executive briefings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive presence with excellent presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and data visualization platforms
