- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the board of directors

- Establish industry-wide standards through thought leadership at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 5-year horizon planning success
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE Spectrum, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Future Studies with startup scaling experience
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of launching $100M+ tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Security clearance eligibility for government partnership projects
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
