Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D initiatives
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors, securing buy-in for high-impact projects
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes, ensuring compliance and competitive advantage
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of forward-thinking experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or future-tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum applications, decentralized systems, or AI governance
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
