- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead high-stakes stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Oversee R&D investments in future-focused projects with $10M+ budgets
- Represent the company at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, Davos)
- Mentor a team of 5+ innovation specialists
- Publish annual white papers on tech disruption forecasts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product management, or venture capital
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio of executed innovation projects with measurable ROI
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
