Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms, AI ethics frameworks, and green tech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Mentor senior engineers and product strategists in future-proofing methodologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to present technology forecasts and secure executive buy-in
- Drive innovation sprints with external partners (startups, academia, VCs)
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent presentation skills for executive and stakeholder communications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
