- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into commercializable AI/quantum hybrid solutions
- Present disruptive tech frameworks at Davos and Web3.0 summits
- Secure $50M+ in federal grants for national quantum infrastructure projects
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech ethics and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurism (or equivalent disruptive portfolio)
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to unicorn valuations
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and tech policy advocacy
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Top 1% Kaggle/LeetCode ranking with 3+ patents awarded
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants ($10M+ collectively)
