Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption, including quantum computing, AR/VR integration, and decentralized systems
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation task forces with internal and external partners
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting future technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives or products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and ROI analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certifications in strategic innovation or technology foresight (preferred)
