- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI integration, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions using agile methodologies
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized systems, neurotech) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and ethical tech deployment
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management and carbon-neutral innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (2+ unicorn-level exits preferred)
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and AI ethics frameworks
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI projection and valuation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in future-tech domains
- Deep network within Silicon Valley VCs and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and PMP with portfolio of complex tech transformations
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Rust preferred)
