Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI from Tier 1 institution
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 3+ unicorn launches
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive tech
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks
- Security clearance for government collaborations
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies
