Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Strong financial modeling for technology investment scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Certification in technology innovation management (preferred)
