- Secure patents for at least 2 breakthrough innovations annually
- Collaborate with UN agencies on AI ethics frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Experience leading $100M+ tech transformation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and English required
- 3+ TED Talks or equivalent public speaking credentials
- Portfolio of 5+ patented technologies
