Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and commercialization opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members
- Collaborate with research institutions on patent development
- Mentor junior talent through our Tech Vanguard Program
- Conduct annual tech horizon scanning for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ ARR impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Certification in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
