Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with post-2025 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI/ML 3.0, biotech interfaces) into core products
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats through global research networks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage a portfolio of pilot programs for next-gen technologies with $5M+ annual budget
- Build and lead a specialized Future Tech team of 8-12 experts across disciplines
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven experience launching at least 2 breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, advanced AI, Web4.0, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-suite and board-level communication
