- Oversee cross-functional R&D initiatives, managing $5M+ innovation portfolios
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on future tech trends
- Mentor junior strategists and build high-performance innovation teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformation projects
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Experience managing global teams and cross-cultural collaboration
