Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with quantum/AI specialization
- Proven track record launching commercialized future-tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($5M+)
- Strong network with DARPA/NASA/DOE innovation ecosystems
- Presentation skills at TED/Nature/IEEE conferences
