Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and neurotech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite on future-proofing business models through emerging tech adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across 3 core technology verticals
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives to $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and partnerships
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
