Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring tech adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Oversee technology ethics compliance and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives across Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs, academic institutions, and policy makers
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Experience leading global teams across 5+ time zones
