- Establish KPIs for measuring 5-year tech impact on ESG metrics
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly strategic pivots
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums and patent strategy committees
- Mentor junior futurists through our Tech Horizon Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise tech strategy with proven 5-year planning success
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting (quantum, bio-AI, climate tech)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFIA) or equivalent
- Experience scaling tech innovations from prototype to global deployment
