Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year tech innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead quantum computing/AI integration projects with 15+ person cross-functional teams
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire emerging startups
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget across 5 R&D initiatives
- Pioneer sustainable technology solutions for climate resilience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Systems Engineering
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (2025-2030 horizon)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future tech
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global partnerships
- CF designation with specialization in innovation valuation
