Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption of quantum AI and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready features into existing platforms
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders with data-driven impact analysis
- Ensure compliance with evolving ethical and regulatory frameworks for AI/autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with focus on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Published research or patents in future-facing technology domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting
- Experience scaling tech teams from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
