- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or AI governance
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing Series C+ funding for tech ventures
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
