Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position Horizon as an industry thought leader
- Architect scalable frameworks for emerging tech adoption across enterprise operations
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage incubation projects from concept to MVP stage with 18-24 month horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, decentralized systems)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
