Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record leading $5M+ tech transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- MBA or Master's in Technology Management required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech implementations
