Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ tech roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Drive innovation through agile sprints and rapid experimentation cycles
- Ensure ethical frameworks govern all future technology implementations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Neurotech, or Spatial Computing
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite decisions
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Global network connections within tech innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Scenario Planning)
