Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability through market analysis
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior strategists and build the future tech talent pipeline
- Manage R&D budget allocation and ROI tracking for innovation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching disruptive technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Strategic certification (e.g., CTO-level, Innovation Management) preferred
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Experience scaling innovations from prototype to enterprise deployment
