Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, focusing on scalability and AI integration.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends (quantum computing, spatial computing, generative AI) and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
- R&D Leadership: Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for disruptive technologies to de-risk innovation efforts.
- Team Architecture: Architect scalable systems and mentor senior engineering teams on best practices for high-performance web applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software development with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture, microservices, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging tech stacks (WebGPU, WASM, AI APIs) to solve business problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
