Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and assess their potential for integration.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level vision into actionable technical strategies.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the tech landscape, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor innovations to keep Apex Horizon at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technology initiatives that have resulted in significant business growth.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Strategic Planning is a plus.
