Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 Roadmap Development: Define and execute the technical strategy for the next 3-5 years, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technologies.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype bleeding-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to integrate into our core product suite.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key players in the tech ecosystem to stay ahead of the curve.
- Feasibility Analysis: Assess the technical and financial viability of futuristic concepts before committing to full-scale development.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in a strategic or technical leadership role within the technology sector.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum computing fundamentals.
