Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in future-tech funding or grants
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology impact predictions with 80%+ accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
