Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Identify emerging tech opportunities through global trend analysis and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech innovation with business growth and ESG goals
- Manage portfolio of pilot projects scaling from prototype to market deployment
- Present strategic frameworks to investors, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Build and lead a high-performing team of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, blockchain)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Tech Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
