Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published research in quantum algorithms or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record leading teams of 20+ engineers/researchers
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM Qiskit preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for international collaboration
