Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with C-suite strategic objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial application
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces and autonomous systems
- Present technology strategies to Fortune 500 clients and government innovation councils
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis and startup scouting
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for responsible innovation deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products (3+ successful exits preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published author or speaker at top-tier conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology foresight (patents, white papers, or industry reports)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
