Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive macro-economic and technological trend analysis to forecast industry shifts by 2026.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in the exploration of quantum algorithms and advanced AI integration.
- Develop and communicate a clear, actionable 5-year innovation roadmap to C-suite executives.
- Identify strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic institutions.
- Oversee pilot programs for sustainable tech solutions and green computing initiatives.
- Regularly publish thought leadership content and white papers regarding future tech trajectories.
- Advocate for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, R&D, or senior-level technology consulting.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies in a business environment.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, strategic narratives for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with scenario planning and futures thinking methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor high-performing technical teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
