Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in blockchain, biotech convergence, or neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex interdependencies
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets and managing innovation pipelines
