Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions using 2026's emerging tech stack (quantum AI, neuromorphic chips, biometric interfaces)
- Lead R&D initiatives for 3-5 year technology horizons with measurable KPIs
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with market disruption roadmaps
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic and industrial innovation labs
- Publish white papers and lead industry thought leadership forums
- Ensure ethical implementation of advanced systems with built-in governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech deployment
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neural network design
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Physics
- Experience with regulatory compliance for frontier technologies (FDA, FCC, ISO 21434)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable solutions for complex systems with >1M users
