Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives beyond MVP phase
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on disruptive tech
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Architecture (STA)
