Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026-focused technology roadmaps, identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Architect and launch minimum viable products (MVPs) for next-gen technologies with 18-24 month impact horizons
- Champion a culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and data-driven iteration cycles
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with long-term business strategy and investment priorities
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present compelling technology narratives to stakeholders and investors to secure funding and buy-in
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or PhD strongly preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in technology innovation, with 3+ years leading cross-functional R&D teams
- Proven track record of launching at least two commercially successful emerging technology products
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced materials science, or neurotech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business opportunities
- Strong experience securing venture funding or corporate innovation grants ($5M+ total)
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
