Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year potential

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
