- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation governance frameworks balancing ethical considerations with breakthrough potential
- Mentor talent in future-focused skill development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D
- Proven track record launching scalable products in AI, quantum, or biotech domains
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong background in innovation management (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technologies
